New Web Shop Warehouse (commatix® WS) in Soest!
commatix automation has put an additional new warehouse into operation at its Soest location, alongside the existing commatix® warehouse, for the fulfillment and shipping of toys ordered online.
The toy manufacturer is a well-known American company that produces toys and merchandise based on the American film industry.
The task was to create software that serves as the central hub, managing customer orders from various online stores operated by the client—from address verification and two-step fulfillment supported by wireless data transmission to final shipment.
In addition, a comprehensive reporting system ensures that all processes can be monitored transparently and are automatically communicated on an international level.
Since April 2022, all orders placed through online stores operated by customers in Germany have been processed using the commatix® Web Shop software.
In June, additional European countries will be included.

EU GDPR
As a software company, commatix automation gmbh took the implementation of the GDPR very seriously and has completed the process.
This included revising our privacy policy and establishing documented requirements for contracts governing the processing of personal data or data protection obligations for our contractors (depending on the circumstances, whether it involves data processing on our behalf or potential access to data).
We provide clients who submit inquiries with a privacy policy regarding the support services to be provided.
Even before the GDPR was introduced, we at commatix had already been addressing the issue of IT security. This includes an IT security policy for the company and the corresponding IT security guidelines for all departments, comprehensive IT security training, and, since last year, the implementation of an ISMS (Information Security Management System).
